Conducting live interviews for developer positions

Many companies use JSFiddle for conducting live interviews for developer positions at their companies.

Interviewers set up some sample code or give a code test to solve, turn on collaboration, invite the interviewee which then allows the company to see the flow and coding process of the candidate.
